Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. ("Enterprise") is a national nonprofit organization that provides expertise for affordable housing and sustainable communities. 

We are committed to protecting your privacy to our best ability. In order to provide you with a pleasant website experience, useful information, and other prime online services, we need information about you under certain circumstances. This Privacy Policy applies to the website you are currently viewing (“Site”), and informs you of instances when the Site collects information from you.


While registration is not necessary on this Site, in order to submit an application for the Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge through Slideroom, you will be required to register and submit certain information.  

Email Alerts and Notifications

Upon submission of your application you will have the opportunity to occasionally receive email alerts, e-newsletters and notifications about new content on the website and other important news and information. If you opt in to this service, we will need to know your email address as well as some pertinent information about you related to the type of information you would like to receive.

Enterprise, Wells Fargo and any other party evaluating your submission to the Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge acknowledge that they do not have any claim, right, title, property or other interest of any kind or nature in/to your application and will not use the application materials for any purpose other than as evaluating your submission for the Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge.

We will ensure strict internal use of the information that we collect when you register or subscribe to one of our services. We will use the information solely for the purpose of enhancing your experience on the Site, supplying useful information from us and other partners in the community development industry, and other online services. We will not sell any personal information collected on our Site. We do reserve the right to release information you have submitted when we have a good faith belief that the law and legal proceedings require such release.
